The Milipol Qatar Committee, which was formed by the decree No. 55 for the year 2007, issued by His Excellency the Minister of State for Internal Affairs, attempts to achieve more participation in the exhibition by inviting specialized institutions and companies for taking part in the expo along with the private and public companies. This is done according to the ambitious marketing and promotional plans drafted for one year, which starts from the ending of the previous session of the Milipol Exhibition.

The Committee was keen to start the preparations very early for the Milipol Qatar 2010, which is expected to witness a strong presence of major international companies in the field of internal security systems as a result of the promotional and marketing efforts spent by the Organizing Committee in the aspect of introducing the Milipol Qatar and the potential enjoyed by the State of Qatar in organizing and making preparations for an exhibition of this kind. In addition to this, the Committee was keen to persuade the major companies and institutions on the importance of presenting their products in the Middle East, which could return them substantial benefits through signing the agreements with the participating institutions and official delegations visiting the Exhibition.

With the aim of achieving greater participation in the Milipol Qatar 2010 Exhibition, the Committee participated in many exhibitions of same nature,
