Colonel Rakan Mohammed Mubarak Al-Khiyarin, Director of the Dukhan Security Department, carried out the honoring ceremony in the presence of Colonel Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Hassan Al Thani, Assistant Director of the Department.
