Qatar-US Strategic Dialogue: Partnership in law enforcement and combating terrorism

A session on partnership in law enforcement and combating terrorism was held on Friday, 12 November 2021, in Washington DC., within the framework of the 4th Qatar-US Strategic Dialogue. At the conclusion of the session, the two countries signed an agreement on exchanging information on visas between the two governments (Visa Validation), agreed to expand the work of the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF) and to enhance cooperation in aviation security and cargo agreements. The parties also agreed that enhancing cooperation between agencies should not stop regardless of COVID-19.
