When residence permit of an expatriate resident expires, he shall renew it as per the rules regulations on this regard.

Work permit fee: QR 100 annually Residence permit fee: QR 300 annually + QR 100 for ID card (as per the validity of residence permit). Fee for renewing residence permit for those who are on parent sponsorship, accompanying persons, those who got separate residences permits and new born babies including additions and deletions in passports: QR 400 In case the residence permit is renewed for a period of 3 years, 20% of fee will be discounted.

• Print the residence renewal application form and submit with authorized signature and stamp of the sponsor
• Pay the required fee for work permit and residence permit
• Original Passport of the employee
• Produce establishment ID of the sponsoring company or personal ID of the individual sponsor.
