Civil Defense organizes awareness lecture for the staff of UNESCO Regional Office for Gulf States and Yemen

In the framework of ongoing cooperation between the Ministry of Interior and international and regional organizations, the General Directorate of Civil Defense organized an awareness lecture for the staff of the UNESCO Regional Office for the Gulf States and Yemen, held at the organization’s headquarters in Doha.

The lecture covered several important topics, including an introduction to public safety and civil protection procedures, proper methods of handling fires, and a detailed explanation of evacuation mechanisms in emergency situations.

It also included practical training sessions** to familiarize participants with the use of fire extinguishers, contributing to enhancing their preparedness and promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.
