Directorate of Drug Enforcement Concludes Comprehensive Drug Control Training Program

The General Directorate of Drug Enforcement has concluded the “Comprehensive Drug Control Training Program,” held from November 2 to 13, with the participation of a group of officers from the Federal Republic of Somalia. The program was organized as part of efforts to strengthen security cooperation and exchange expertise between the two sides.

The training program, delivered by several officers from the General Directorate, included a range of specialized modules on drug-control methods, and reviewed the latest strategies and techniques used to combat this threat. It also featured discussions of field experiences and practical applications aimed at enhancing the participants’ efficiency and strengthening their capabilities in this field.

At the conclusion of the course, Colonel Tareq Ali Al-Farahid Al-Malki, Assistant Director General of Drug Enforcement, presented certificates to the participants, praising their positive engagement and emphasizing the importance of continued cooperation and exchange of expertise in this vital field, in support of international efforts to combat drugs.
