Office of Disability Affairs Organizes Lecture on Creative Thinking Skills

The Office of Disability Affairs at the Human Resources Department of the Ministry of Interior organized a lecture titled “Creative Thinking Skills,” presented by First Lieutenant Aisha Ibrahim Al-Maliki from the North Security Department, with the attendance of several female Ministry members with disabilities.

The lecture discussed the definition of creative thinking and the difference between it and traditional thinking, in addition to highlighting the importance of applying it in the work environment. It also included practical applications and real scenarios for solving problems in innovative ways, with the aim of enhancing participants’ abilities to think unconventionally and improve professional performance.
