Ministry of Interior Participates in Qatar University’s Celebration of World Mental Health Day

The Ministry of Interior, represented by the Community Police Department, participated in Qatar University’s celebration of World Mental Health Day, held from 8 to 9 October under the theme “Mental Health Care in Disasters and Emergencies.” The event brought together several leading institutions and centers in the field of mental health in the country.

The department took part in the awareness exhibition accompanying the celebration, aiming to promote awareness of the importance of psychological support, particularly during crises and emergencies.

This participation reflects the department’s commitment to human and community engagement with all segments of society and to strengthening effective partnerships with entities concerned with **mental health and community prevention.
