Responsibilities:

  • Propose the annual plan of the Department, and implement it after adoption, within the framework of the Ministry's policy
  • To carry out all activities related to the affairs of the military staffs of the police force, those assigned to the service or the reserve force, in coordination with the concerned departments
  • Conduct all activities related to civilian staffs in coordination with the concerned departments
  • Studying and updating the organizational structures of the Ministry's departments and their functions, describing jobs and planning for their human cadres, in coordination with the concerned departments
  • Proposing the plans and programs of study missions for Ministry staff, implementing their provisions and supervising the conditions of the envoys
  • To carry out all activities related to the housing of the employees (military and civilian), rental of buildings, in coordination with the competent authorities inside and outside the ministry
  • Preparation of proposals for the first part of the draft of annual budget of the Ministry
  • Provide all data and employment statistics of the Ministry's staff
  • Overseeing the work of the sections of the Department, working on developing them and providing their material and human needs in coordination with the competent authorities, in order to ensure the proper functioning of the work
  • Proposing the draft annual budget of the Department
  • Any other tasks assigned to it.
