Responsiblities
- Implementation of all administrative work and regular procedures for the affairs of staffs working in the Department
- Preparing and maintaining the files of the employees in the department
- The management of files, documents and transactions issued and incoming to the Department, arranged and archived in accordance with the circulars and administrative decisions governing it.
- All-time monitoring of the administrative annex building, organizing the morning military assembly, and working to comply with the military presence on time
- Organizing the operation of the cars assigned to the work of the Department and the periodic maintenance of and to ensure the preservation and registration of all related data in the records
- Keeping all the files and documents on proper bases and controls in a manner that ensures their preservation and easy reference
- Providing the departments of the Department with supplies, items and the necessary covenant to carry out its tasks
- Preparation of the draft of annual budget of the Department in coordination with the other sections
- Prepare monthly reports on the work of the department and submit them to the Director of the Department
