Customer Satisfaction Survey at GDNBEA

The Strategic Planning Department at the Ministry of Interior launched customer satisfaction survey on Sunday 8, November to understand the satisfaction of the clients on the services rendered by the General Directorate of Nationality, Borders and Expatriate Affairs.

The initiative is part of the ministry's continuous effort to rate and improve its different services. Over the course of the week, the strategic planning department will present a survey questionnaires to employees who deal with the Border Passports and Expatriates Affairs. The goal of the survey is to determine the speed of the service and ability to respond to different questions.

Capt. Hamoud Al Moraisi, Head of the Information and Satisfaction Section at Strategic Planning Department said that the survey will continue till Thursday in order to improve the level of services provided by the Departments and ensure the complete satisfaction of the customers.

He urged the public to take part in the survey and express their reviews on the services they received. He added that the survey programs held under the Ministry of Interior play major role in decision making as it would help the decision makers to know the viewpoints of the members of the community from different sectors on different issues.
