As part of strengthening security cooperation between the Ministries of Interior of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Romania, the National Command Center (NCC) received Major General Alin Ionel Mastan, Inspector General of the Romanian Gendarmerie, and his accompanying delegation. They were welcomed by Brigadier Ali Mohammed Al Muhannadi, Head of the Center, along with a number of officers.

During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the Center’s role in managing and securing events, activities, and sports competitions, as well as on the existing frameworks of cooperation and coordination with relevant national agencies and institutions. The delegation also reviewed the advanced technical systems used in operational procedures in line with the highest international standards, and the mechanisms adopted to ensure rapid response to emergency reports and effective crisis management, reflecting the Center’s high level of readiness and operational efficiency.
