The Juvenile Police Department launched the 10th edition of its summer awareness program “Our Summer is Safe” at Al Gharafa Sports Club, in cooperation with the Department of Youth Centres and Entities at the Ministry of Sports and Youth, as part of its educational and awareness plan for 2026. The program targets members of youth centres and sports clubs during the summer vacation.

The program began with an awareness lecture on promoting positive behaviour, delivered by Captain Mutaib Ali Al Qahtani, Head of the Awareness and Education Section at the Juvenile Police Department. The lecture highlighted the department’s efforts to enhance security awareness and provided guidance on making effective use of free time in ways that benefit participants and help prevent behavioural deviations.
