This service is proved to replace the lost or damaged number plates of the vehicles.

1. To fill up the prescribed computer form through the concerned staff and sign it by the owner. The following documents should be attached with the application :-
2. Original id of the owner or establishment card of the company.
3. Vehicle registration card.
4. To produce the light vehicles at main traffic office (Madina Khalifa) while heavy vehicles shall be produced at Industrial Area traffic to verify the  loss/damaged  the number plates.
5. Pay the prescribed fee and receive the number plate. The new number plate will be fixed receiving the damage number plate at number plate changing office.

In case of losing both of the number plates of the vehicle, the both will be cancelled from the records of the Traffic Gen. Directorate and new number plates different from the old number plates will be issued.

As well if the single number plate of Trailer is lost, a new number plate with a new number will be issued.
