Instructions for Medical examination of Alive

• Injured person must attend by himself physically.  If he is  a minor, his guardian must attend the check up along with the minor.
• Bring the Qatar ID card of the injured. 
• Bring checkup  letter from the  security  department specifying  the complaint number,  reference number, name and  ID number.
• complete the necessary and recommended examinations Advised by  therapists or doctors, which are determined by the coroner after primary check of the injured.
