(2) Exit permit to the Qataris

This service is meant for those who require permission to exit the country such as Qatari children under 18 years. The conditions are as follow:

• To submit the clearly filled in application form with the signature of the guardian.
• To produce guardian's original ID card
• To produce minor's original passport

Requirements:

For males:

• No permission is required for those who are 18 years old or more as they have reached legal age of puberty.

• Minors (under 18 years) require the consent of guardian or a judge irrespective of their custody.

For females:

• No permission is required for single women of 25 years or older (unmarried – divorced - widow) - from all segments of the society - to travel abroad. For those single women under 25 years, guardian's consent is required to travel outside the country.

• Married women are entitled to travel without permission irrespective of their age. In case the husband doesn't want her to travel, he has to approach the competent court to prevent her journey.
