Security Awareness (Evacuation)
Evacuation is considered one of the most important operations in civil defense in case of emergency (explosives, toxic gas release, fire incidents) that requires quick evacuation.

Sections Complete Evacuation

In case of natural catastrophes (earthquakes, floods..) or other events (sabotage, fire etc…) and it has two types:-

a) Temporary evacuation:
It is one of the easiest evacuations and it lasts for few hours like false complains.

b) Permanent evacuation:
The kind of evacuation takes place in wartime; certain areas are evacuated since it may be part of the battlefield later.

c) Partial Evacuation:
Evacuating some of the population in case of emergency in a specified area


General instructions in case of fire

- Every one on site must know how to use fire extinguishers.
- Every one should be calm, organized and follow the instructions of those who are in charge in order to avoid crowd (this is the benefit of periodical drills).
- Kneeling and crawling in case of heavy smoke since toxic smoke goes upwards.
- Open windows to decrease smoke.
- Before opening any door make sure it is safe for it may be so hot.
- If there is no way to exit, wave from the window so you could be seen.
