Documents Required to Issue Certificate to Transport Dead body.

• Death certificate issued by the Supreme Council of Health

• Death Report issued by the Ministry of Public Health

• 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC) from Police to deliver the corpse for the concerned parties for burial (only in case the deceased passed away outside the hospital)

• Original Passport of the deceased

• Copy of the ID card for the recipient of the death certificate

• Fees for issuing the permit (QR 10 to be paid electronically)
