Registration of Suppliers


To qualify as a regular supplier with the Purchase Department, Ministry of Interior, you should register by filling in specified Supplier Registration Form.

Kindly take into consideration the following upon submitting the Supplier Registration Form (SRF):-

  • SRF to be signed by the authorized person/s according to the Commercial Registration.
  • Supplier’s Rubber seal/Stamp to be imprinted on SRF.
  • Materials, services and activities should be in accordance with the supplier’s Commercial registration.
  • Attach all required documents as given in the Commercial registration.
  • Provide clear description of materials, services and activities along with Catalogues, Proofs or portfolios, if required or upon request.
  • It is recommended to update your data on regular basis in case of any necessary changes or additions take place during the current year or in coming years.
