Vehicles Cancellation Procedures

• To sign in the filled up prescribed form and verifying the vehicle from the main office of the traffic or from industrial area.
• To submit the ID card of the owner and the number plate and the registration card of the vehicle.
• After verifying that there are no loans or any other obligations  on the vehicle and paying the fee, the cancellation certificate will be issued.
• The vehicles those number plates are taken off from the GCC countries will be cancelled after verification and ensuring that there are no loans or any other obligations on them and after producing a letter from the concerned country along with the registration card.
• The vehicles those number plates are taken off from the countries other than the GCC, the document that proves its registration outside the country, number plates and registration card  should be produced. After the verification that there are no loans or any other obligations on them and fee payment, the vehicle will be cancelled and cancellation certificate will be issued according to the request of the owner.
