Procedures for Practicing the Trade of Vehicles, Rent-a-Car Offices and Vehicle Decoration Items Selling Shops

• To submit the application in the prescribed form.
• To submit the following documents :-
• ID card.
• Valid attested copy of the commercial registration and the license from the Municipality.
• Samples of the approved seals and signatures at the applying establishment.
• A document from the establishment which mentions the name of the manager in charge and the names of the approved representatives (PROs) of the establishment for completing the transactions at the Traffic Department.
• Filling up the acknowledgement in which the applying establishment will commit to the general administrative disciplines to carry out this trade.
• To inspect the establishment by the concerned officer.
• To  get the approval from the section officer.
• Revenue stamp.
• The license will be provided for practicing the business for one year on the basis of the validity of the commercial registration and Municipality license.
