Issuance of Ownership Card instead of a Lost one

• To fill up the prescribed computer form through concerned staff and sign it by the owner +  id card and establishment id card if the applicant is a company or an establishment. 
• To file the lost complaint with concerned staff and report at the Microfilm section if the vehicles are registered according to the old system.
• After verifying the data of the vehicle and the license validity, the new registration card will be issued after prescribed fee payment.
