Traffic Services - Licensing and Registration of the Vehicles

Issuance of Number Plates instead of a Lost or Damaged one.

• To fill up the prescribed computer form through the concerned staff and sign it by the owner.
• The following documents should be attached with the application : Original id of the owner and fee payment, Vehicle registration card.
• To produce the vehicle at main traffic office for ensuring the loss of the number plates.
• In case of losing both of the number plates of the vehicle, the both will be cancelled from the records of the Traffic Gen. Directorate and new number plates different from the old number plates will be issued.
