Responsiblities of the section
- Implementation of employment benefits for civilians of all kinds in accordance with the provisions of the Human Resources Law and the regulations and circulars in force as well as preparing them on time and organizing their records
- To carry out the promotions of civil staffs in accordance with the provisions of the Human Resources Law and the applicable regulations and circulars
- Updating, arranging and storing civilian files in designated places
- Save all documents that indicate any employment modifications or modifications in the personal data or job status of each employee in the Ministry and the various types of vacations and all related to the employee from the appointment until the end of his employment.
- Registration of all employment and personal amendments related to work in the records of employees with the record of the numbers of decisions, letters, circulars and their date of the statement recorded in the register.
- Procedures for granting employees legal leaves, in accordance with the decisions of the Minister of Interior terms for vacations, which authorized the competent authority to issue its executive regulations
- Coordinate with the concerned departments regarding financial and employments entitlements related to leave.
- Implementation of contract renewal and procedures for the removal of penalties and notification procedures (work - resignation - termination of services to civilians)
