Functions of the section:

  1. Implementation of the employment benefits of the Ministry's staffs (military) of all types in accordance with the provisions of the Military Service Law, and the regulations and circulars in force, preparing them on time and organizing their records.
  2. Complete, arrange and store the files of the members of the police force in the designated places.
  3. Save all documents that indicate any employment modifications or modification in the personal data or career status of each employee in the Ministry, and all types of leaves and all related to the employee from the appointment until the end of his service
  4. Recording all employment and personal amendments related to the work in the records of employees with the record of the numbers of decisions, letters, circulars and their date of the statement recorded in the register.
  5. Procedures for granting employees legally due leave, and in accordance with the decisions of the Minister of Interior on Vacations, which authorized the competent authority to issue its executive regulations.
  6. Coordinate with the concerned departments regarding the financial and employment benefits related to leave
  7. Dealing with the correspondence of officers, non-commissioned officers and policemen
  8. Renewal of contracts and procedures for the removal of penalties.
  9. Any other tasks assigned to it.
