Responsiblities
- Studying and updating the organizational structures of the Ministry's departments and their proficiencies according to the rules, regulatory principles governing, in coordination with the concerned departments
- To describe and arrange jobs based on their duties and responsibilities and analyze them according to their constituent elements and in accordance with the standards of description and arrangement of the jobs in force
- To determine the job requirements in light of assessing the employment decisions for the jobs at the Ministry's departments, according to the performance rates and the size and analysis of the work
- Re-distribution of the workforce and the development of a plan to absorb the surplus, if any, by directing them to other work units to maximize their utilization and reduce the cost of wages
- Translation of future needs and formulating them in a statement containing the jobs already exist and the career decision in preparation for calculating the cost as a basis for the preparation of employment budget in coordination with the Department of Finance
- Providing all the employment and statistical data for the Ministry's employees to the decision authority of the Ministry
- Completion of recruitment procedures for new employees
- The tasks of issuing and renewing the job cards for all members of the ministry, both military and civilian
- Other tasks assigned to it.
