Propose the plan of police sciences programs and training courses in accordance with the general policy of the Ministry.

Set up the annual educational and training plan draft of the Ministry of Interior in coordination with the competent bodies.

Prepare and implement the educational, rehabilitating and training programs of the Ministry of Interior's employees.

Prepare and implement the specialized security courses in the fields of police work in coordination with the competent authorities.

Provide the required technical aids and tools for the training

Follow-up with the development and progress in the field of education and training and their methods and tools on the national, Arab and international levels.

Encourage carrying out studies and researched related to the security, legal and administrative problems and work on suggesting the best solutions to solve them.

Develop closer ties with the scientific and security institutions on the national, Arab and international levels, and exchange information and expertise with those scientific and security institutions to serve the goals of the Ministry.

9. Enrich the intellectual and cultural movement within the Ministry of Interior through holding cultural seasons with the participation of specialists by holding public lectures especially in the security field.
