1) To carry out all security related media coverage, awareness, guidance and news works and preparing all audio and video programs for Ministry of Interior and its all departments achieving excellent media strategies.

2) To oversee the website of Ministry of Interior and to develop and update its information to serve the objectives of the Ministry.

3) To take part in preparation and production of documentary films and productions about Ministry of Interior and its departments.

4) Monitoring, follow up and analyzing of various media reports related to Ministry of interior, its departments and sections and replaying to them in coordination with concerned bodies according to a mechanism set in this regard.

5) To take part in the preparation and implementation of security media strategies for Ministry of Interior and in coordination with other concerned bodies.

6) To Publish the Magazine titled "The Police with you" and other internal publications of the Ministry and to supervise on all publications, magazines, printed matters and security related brochures published by different departments of the Ministry in addition to improving its standard to reach to the desired goals.

7) To study and analyze trends of public opinion towards Ministry of Interior.

8) To take care of all protocol and guests hospitality affairs and to supervise preparations for visiting official delegations programs in addition to setting up their meeting schedules.

9) To overlook security occasions and to assist in the social and sports activities under the Ministry and its various departments.

10) To Represent the Ministry officially in national celebrations and social occasions for Ministry employees.

11) To take part in local and international exhibitions related to activities of the Ministry and its departments and to follow up the administrative, coordinative and preparative procedures with concerned bodies.
