e-Travel Authorization

The e-Travel Authorization is granted to any nationalitiies holding a valid residence permit or visa in the collowing countries:

• United Kingdom
• United States of America
• Canada
• Australia
• New Zealand
• Schengen countries
• GCC countries

Requirements:

Applicants must:
present proof of hotel booking or other accommodation (hotel booking etc).
present return or onboard ticket.
Copy of passport valid for not less than six months
A copy of the residence permit or entry visa to the countries mentioned above, which should be valid for not be less than 30 days.
Once the application is approved, the applicant will receive an e- notification, valid for 30 days, which can be renewed online for validity of another 30 days.

e-Travel Authorization allows travellers to Qatar to obtain a visa upon arrival, allowing them to stay in the country for up to 30 days during a single visit. It is extendable online for another 30 days for use during the same visit. Once the visitor left Qatar and wanted to return, he has to apply for a new travel notification before returning to Qatar.
