Event Details

The Ministry of Interior celebrates the World Civil Defence Day in order to higlight the efforts of the civil defence personnel for the protection of peoples' lives and properties. The Day is also a tribute to those rescuers who sacrificed themselves for the sake of others.

The General Directorate of Civil Defence holds the Day with a number of activities as well as the occasion is used to strengthen the cooperation and communication of the authority with the civil establishments and instituions who support the initiatives of the Civil Defence.
