The Strategic Planning Department at the Ministry of Interior, as part of the Ministry’s continuous efforts to improve the management of its human resources, received three initiatives and proposals from MOI personnel during the first quarter of 2026, covering various topics.

The Strategic Planning Department studies these initiatives and proposals and assesses their effectiveness in coordination with the relevant departments, as well as their potential benefits, in order to incorporate them into the Ministry of Interior’s strategic projects and programs aimed at enhancing performance in the Ministry’s areas of work and improving and developing the services provided. These initiatives stem from the accumulated expertise of employees and contribute to the Ministry’s sustainable growth and development.

The Strategic Planning Department continues to welcome developmental proposals and creative ideas submitted by Ministry personnel through the circular addressed to departments, which includes completing the designated “Developmental Initiatives and Creative Proposals” form and submitting it to the Strategic Planning Department. Every new proposal could be a step toward excellence, and we believe that innovation starts from within, while your contributions are the foundation of continuous improvement.
