As part of its commitment to motivating its personnel and fostering a stimulating work environment that drives institutional excellence and enhances the services it provides, the Security Systems Department at the General Directorate of Communications and Information Systems honored a number of its distinguished personnel in recognition of their efforts and contributions to enhancing the efficiency of technical and security systems, as well as developing advanced security solutions aligned with international standards.

The recognition ceremony, held at the Civil Defense Officers Club, was attended by Lt. Col. Eng. Ali Abdullah Al Suwaidi, Director of the Security Systems Department, Major Hamad Fahad Al Ahbabi, Assistant Director of the Department, along with several department officers.

The Director praised the honorees for their efforts in enhancing institutional technical performance and achieving the department’s objectives. The ceremony also included a review of the department’s achievements during 2025 and highlighted its work plans for 2026.
