As part of efforts to strengthen security cooperation and coordination between the State of Qatar and the United Kingdom, Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed bin Nasser Al Thani, Security Attaché at the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the United Kingdom, paid a visit to The Rt Hon. The Lord Beamish PC (Kevan David Jones, Baron Beamish), Member of the House of Lords and Chair of the Intelligence and Security Committee of Parliament, at his office in London.

During the visit, the two sides discussed ways further to develop cooperation in security-related fields, exchange expertise, and enhance joint efforts in combating crime.
