This certificate is provided to owner of the vehicle to certify that there is no financial obligations in this vehicle. This certificate can be applied through Metrash2 app and receive on email.

•    To submit the self-signed application by the owner of the vehicle along with the following documents : -
•     ID of the owner.
•    For companies, a letter attached with the establishment id of the company should be produced.
•    The certificate will be issued after verifying that there no  loans or any other financial obligations on the vehicle.
