The Scientific Committee within the Medical Services Department is responsible for identifying the training needs and priorities for healthcare practitioners across all specialties. It also oversees the training plans and monitors their implementation. Furthermore, the Committee supervises the scientific materials, ensuring their suitability for the training requirements and accreditation standards, in addition to measuring the effectiveness of educational programs and promoting continuous improvement.
