The Community Policing Department, in cooperation with the Kanaf Parenting Center of the Qatar Foundation for Social Work, organized an awareness lecture titled “The Family in the Digital World from a Security Perspective” at the General Directorate of Traffic’s auditorium.

The lecture was attended by Brigadier Dr. Ibrahim Mohammed Rashid Al-Sumaih, Director of the Community Policing Department; Brigadier Jabr Ali Al-Kubaisi, Director General of Traffic; and a number of social consultants.

The lecture targeted Ministry of Interior personnel who are parents or preparing for parenthood. It addressed several specialized topics, including shaping family identity and values, strengthening digital security within the family, developing positive communication skills with children, and raising awareness of digital behavioral risks, with the aim of building a safe and balanced family environment.
