The Office for Persons with Disabilities Affairs at the Human Resources Department organized an awareness lecture titled “The Art of Dealing with the Public,” presented by Captain Sultan Mutlaq Namshan, at the department’s training hall, attended by a number of Ministry personnel with disabilities.

The lecture aimed to enhance participants’ skills in effectively interacting with the public. It covered the concept of the public, its characteristics and types, as well as the principles and methods of positive communication, in addition to highlighting the key skills required in this field.
