Missions Section of HRD meets officials and students of Qatar Technical Secondary School
The Missions Section of the Human Resources Department at the Ministry of Interior held a meeting on Sunday, February 18, 2024, with a number of officials and students of Qatar Technical Secondary School for Boys at the school premises. The meeting was attended by a number of officers from specialized departments within the Ministry of Interior with the aim of familiarizing with the school's various specialties, introducing job opportunities within the Ministry, and enhancing ways of cooperation.

During the meeting, various topics related to developing mechanisms for cooperation to qualify and attract outstanding students to work in the departments of the Ministry of Interior were discussed. The meeting included a tour of several workshops in the school, such as the General Mechanics workshop, Welding and Metal Shaping workshop, Precision Machinery and Electronics workshop, and Information Technology workshop.
Lt. Col. Abdul Rahman Ahmed Al Ibrahim, head of the Missions Section, said that the purpose of the meeting was to explore the potential of Qatar Technical School and the specialties that are of interest to the specialized departments within the Ministry, as well as to discuss mechanisms for attracting outstanding students to work at the Ministry of Interior.

Mohammed Abdullah Al-Balushi, the director of Qatar Secondary Technical School for Boys, expressed his happiness with this meeting, which comes within the framework of enhancing cooperation and partnership to make Qatar Technical School a primary source for the Ministry of Interior regarding technical jobs, training courses, and study missions. He pointed out that the school has many specialties that can be utilized within the Ministry of Interior.
