As part of its commitment to strengthening community partnership, the Community Police Department, in cooperation with the Youth Committee of Al Khor Sports Club, organized an awareness lecture as part of the Al Khor Knights Summer Camp 2026 activities, targeting boys aged 10 to 16.

The lecture was delivered by Captain Khalid Hussein Al Shammari, Head of the Studies and Awareness Section at the Community Police Department. It aimed to promote the concepts of community policing, raise preventive security awareness, and reinforce the principle of shared responsibility between community members and law enforcement personnel.

The lecture covered the concept of community policing, the Department's efforts to combat crime and negative behaviors, and highlighted key preventive measures while encouraging positive behaviors that contribute to building a safe and cohesive society.
